As Your Dream VA I can take care of paperwork, provide customer service, organise your inbox, update your website, create marketing materials, help you with your marketing and PR and manage your schedule.
What hours do you work?
My normal office hours are 9.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Friday. I do on occasion work outside these hours for one off jobs.
Will you sign a Confidentiality Agreement?
Yes. I am happy to sign your Confidentiality Agreement or can provide you with a copy of the Your Dream VA agreement.
Will we have a contract in place?
Yes. I will send you a copy of my Service Agreement for you to read and electronically sign. Once I receive the signed copy and payment for your choice of package, work will commence.
What if I have no idea what I need?
No problem. I offer a free 30 minute coffee call. During this call I can get to know where your business is now and where you want it to be and we can plan a strategy from there.
What software do you use?
You can find a list of the software I use regularly below these FAQs. If you don’t see the software you use listed, don’t worry, that’s not a problem. I love learning and that includes new software. I am happy to train myself on new software in my own time. You will only ever pay for the time it takes me to carry out your work.
How do you track your time?
I use time tracking tools to ensure accurate time tracking. All work completed for you is time tracked. l start the Timer when I begin working on your task and stop the timer when the task is completed. This is the exact time which goes towards your retainer package. You will receive a weekly time sheet.
How do I get my work to you?
I use a Project Management System and when we start working together, you will be set up on the system. We will use that to keep up to date. You can also email work to me or phone me.
How do we share files?
I use Dropbox and Google Drive so just let me know which you prefer and I will set up a client file for you.
How can I ensure my passwords are safe?
I would strongly recommend you use password protection such as LastPass or Passpack.

How many hours should I purchase?
I will help you determine how many hours to purchase after we have discussed your needs in a free consultation. Retainer packages are paid in advance and hours expire within 30 calendar days.
If additional hours are needed, I will notify you prior to your hours’ expiration. This gives you the option to purchase additional hours at the retainer price.
I am ready to get started, what happens next?
Glad to have you on board.
First I will send you a contract for electronic signature. At the same time I’ll forward an invoice for payment – bank transfer is the easiest method and all the details will be on your invoice.
Next, I’ll schedule a mutually convenient time for our on boarding session. Depending on the type of work you’ve requested I may obtain the information during our session or ask you to complete some forms beforehand.
